Siem Reap and the Angkor Temples

We drove with our ToursByLocals guide, Sophy (Soap-py) from Phnom Penh. With stops for lunch and tarantula snacks (see prior post), it took us almost 7 hours. Siem Reap literally means “Siam Defeated,” Siam being Thailand.
